MB3 Consulting is an economic development consulting business specializing in developing and implementing comprehensive economic strategies for communities and other development oriented organizations. In addition, MB3 specializes in location and impact analysis and incentives services for growing businesses. MB3 prides itself on high integrity and extensive practical economic development and site location experience.
MB3 Consulting was founded in 2010 in Cleveland, Ohio. Founder Greg Myers has been an economic development professional for 20 years, working as a public-sector economic developer and as a site selection consultant.
Greg began his career in economic development in 1995 with the city of Cleveland where he managed the city’s business retention and expansion division. Afterward, at Ernst & Young LLP, he managed site selection and incentives projects for Fortune 500-level clients such as Alcoa, Toyota and Verizon Communications. In 2003, Greg left E&Y to become a partner of a boutique economic development consulting firm.
Greg earned his BA from the University of Toledo and attended Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Urban Affairs for a Master of Science in Urban Studies – Economic Development. Greg is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) through the National Development Council.
